The word I had to sculpt was balance. I had a hard time with this project... the cardboard was hard to manipulate, I was lacking inspiration, and it was difficult to portray balance without being unoriginal. I settled on a more obvious depiction of balance in order to fulfill the requirements of the assignment. Everyone has to balance different aspects of their lives at one point or another, so this sculpture is a physical representation of that.
