Stephanie Hodgin-My Favorite Toy

My favorite toy as a child was definitely gel pens. I know, looking back they seem ridiculous and tacky. But in elementary school, they were all the rage to bring to school and draw all your friends' arms and hands with these bright-colored pens. There was nothing my sister and I fought over more than which colors each of us got to bring to school each day.

Jenny Green-My Favorite Toy

My favorite toy growing up, and still is, my soccer ball. Whenever I was outside, I would have my soccer ball with me. When I packed for college, my soccer ball was the first item I packed. When I was little, and still largely today, my day to day life would revolve around soccer.

My Favorite Toy

My favorite toy was a blank sheet of paper. Throw some crayons in the mix I would draw and fold for hours. The best part was that it never got old, the possibilities are endless. I still like to draw, today I do it more on the computer, but an empty page is still my go to time waster.

My Favorite Toy

When I was a child, my favorite toy was my Masters of The Universe action figures. I remember playing for hours having He-Man and his friends fight against the evil Skeletor, Evilyn, and all of his henchman.

Cam Thompson-My Favorite Toy

My favorite toy was my EasyBake because I was able to make miniature cakes and cupcakes when I was 6 years old. My parents would not allow me anywhere near our oven, so my EasyBake was a second way I was able to explore my creativity with cooking and baking. I soon learned to go with my mother to the store in order to pick up baking mixes and nuts. I used my EasyBake all the way up till when I was 10 years old, by then, I had mastered mini corn breads, chocolate cake, red velvet cake, and several types of cup cakes. I still have my EasyBake because it gives me extremely fond memories from my earlier childhood days.

As a kid, my favorite toy was my doll house. I thought it was fun to give my dolls stories and progress their lives. It enhanced my imagination

Courtney Reynolds- My Favorite Toy

As far back as I can remember I have always loved playing with dolls; baby dolls specifically are my favorite. Growing up I often played "house" and pretended to be a mom. My grandma used to babysit me and playing with dolls is something we did everyday, so dolls have a special significance even now.

Parker Sheppard-My Favorite Toy

xbox_360_black.jpgMy xbox 360 is one of my favorite toys because there is so much to do on it. I am not on it as much as I used to be, but every once in a while i will play a game or watch a movie on it.

T.J. Sansone - My Favorite Toy

While I was growing up, my favorite toy was my Sega Game Gear. Almost all my friends were playing the Nintendo GameBoy at the time, which was black and white back then, so everyone was very impressed to see a hand-held gaming system with a full-color, back-lit display. I beat every Sonic game on my Game Gear, and I still take it out of my closet every now and then to play.

Lili Kyurkchiyska- My Favorite Toy

My favorite toys are stuffed animals. When I was a kid I had a favorite stuffed bear that I would have always with me. I still have some stuffed toys in my room which are presents from special people in my life. I keep the toys to remind me of the people that have given them to me.

My Favorite Toy

My favorite toy while growing up was a football. My friends and I would spend the entire day playing pick up backyard football games or simply just throw it around to pass the time. A football is still to this day is my favorite toy.

Phil Schroeder - My Favorite Toy

When i was a kid my favorite toy was definitely legos. I loved how you could make anything you wanted to play with. It was also very exciting to build a set and watch as very simple pieces came together to create something incredibly complex and fun to play with.

Dr. Skinner- My Favorite Toy

My favorite toy at this point in my life is the game "Rush Hour." It's a strategy game that you can play alone or with others. The objective is to move the red car across the parking lot, freeing it from traffic to get to the exit. Other cars and trucks are set up in the parking lot to block your way. You have to manipulate them in the fewest moves possible to free the red car. The directions for setting up the parking lot are on cards with the puzzle on one side and the answer detailed on the back. There are four additional card packs that each come with a new focus card. I love the challenge of studying the board before making a move to try to figure out the answer. It's one of those games to keep an old mind working!

Ashleigh Schneckenberger-My Favorite Toy

As a child growing up, my favorite toy was probably my game boy. I had a blue game boy because blue was my favorite color. I took my blue game boy with me wherever I went and I would always have it with me. The only games I would play on my game boy, however, were Super Mario World and Tetris. Every now and then I still play Super Mario World but now I play it on the Wii.

Rachel Heck - My Favorite Toy

One of my favorite toys was my soccer ball. When my family adopted our first puppy, my sister and I would kick the soccer ball around the yard and our dog would chase the ball along with us. Sometimes the soccer ball would become partially deflated giving our dog the advantage of picking up the soccer ball with her teeth. Upon catching the ball, she would run around the yard with it in her mouth; so, my sister and I ended up having to chase her instead!

Katie's favourite toy

My favourite toy is probably a rubix cube, although i've never actually successfully managed to solve one, it never gets old.

Sheila Tomasbi-My Favorite Toy

When I was younger my favorite toy was the electric four wheeler my parents got my brother and me. We loved riding it around the neighborhood and through our yard.

Laura Fernandez - My Favorite Toy

I loved to play with Beanie Babies when I was a child. It was so much fun to collect different ones and give them each their own personality!

Trent Miller-My Favorite Toy

As a young school kid many of us grew up with Lego's. With Lego's we could build anything we wanted to build whether it be a castle, car, or even a person. Lego's helped us unlock are creative and artistic abilities when we were in are younger years.

Is a bike a toy? If it is, my favorite toy was probably my bike. I could spend hours outside just riding around. I loved my bike.

Gautam Rao- My favorite toy

My all-time favorite toy is blocks- colorful, geometric foam blocks. I still play with them, stack them into towers, and include them in my artwork. They still inspire my imagination.
