Milk Project- Sarah Leib

When given this project, I tried to look at all the guidelines for this milk product so I could create the perfect milk product. The main factor that went into my decision was based on the age group that this milk is targeted to. When I think of the age 45 years and older the words sophisticated, simple, and elegant. My idea for Melvin Meyers, the CEO of Moo-Moo Milk Makers is to create this new milk product called “Beau Vine” and will be placed in a wine bottle container. The reason I chose Beau Vine to be the new name of this milk company is because it uses a play on words for Bovine. Using a wine bottle for this product gives the idea of an older targeted age group. Beau Vine is “Milk, the new white wine”. Adults don’t need to drink wine anymore; they have this new milk that Melvin has created that is the new “secret” to staying fit and looking young. Now when this group of people from 45 years and older looks at wine bottles, they will have a whole new idea of what this “wine bottle” stands for. They will learn to go out with the old and in with the new. This milk product has so much to offer though, more than its beautiful packaging and looks that will give you. Based off of the recommended daily allowance, one serving being only 100 calories is a completely organic offer 75% of Calcium, 50% of Vitamin D, and 10% of Zinc.  On the front of the bottle is a small picture of a cow drinking from a “Beau Vine” bottle, I chose this picture because it represents that the milk that Beau Vine has to offer is so pure and organic that the animal that it comes from is even so willing to drink its own product. This older age group is the group that usually sits around with the girls or at a dinner party and drinks bottles and bottles of wine. Their first instinct before was to drink wine but now when they see and think of wine bottles Beau Vine is what is going to be on their minds.
